The Weather Control System (or Weather Modification Network) is a system used to alter the natural weather patterns of a planet, acting much like a world wide environmental system.
Once built, the Weather Control System is designed to dissipate destructive weather phenomena such as tornadoes and hurricanes. It can also be used to suppress unfavorable weather patterns and promote preferred weather patterns to areas.
